What affiliate links are
An affiliate link is a special link to a retailer's website. When you click one and make a purchase, the retailer pays us a small commission for referring you.
The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go to the retailer directly. Commissions come out of the retailer's marketing budget, not your pocket.
Who we work with
The Pawfect Pick participates in affiliate programs with retailers and brands that sell pet products, which may include Amazon, Chewy, and other pet retailers.

Why commissions don't decide our picks
Every product we recommend is chosen through our research process, based on thousands of real owner experiences, safety data, and the criteria that matter for each category.
- We don't choose products based on which retailer pays the highest commission.
- We regularly recommend products from retailers we have no affiliate relationship with.
- We include flaws and "who should skip this" in every recommendation.
Recommending a product that disappoints you would cost us your trust, and your trust matters far more to us than any single commission.

From time to time, a brand may pay to sponsor content on our site or social channels. When that happens:
- The content is clearly labeled as sponsored at the top.
- Sponsors have no control over our verdicts, scores, or recommendations.
- A sponsored post is never a guaranteed positive review.
Social media
The same rules apply on our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts. Posts that contain affiliate links or paid partnerships are disclosed with labels such as #ad, #affiliate, or the platform's paid partnership tag.
